Horizon Intelligence Group specializes in building scalable radar and sensor networks tailored to coastal security. Our camera/radar/ drone detection technology architecture has been operationally tested by federal, state and local maritime partners and continues to support law enforcement in some of the nation's highest-risk maritime corridors.
Our team brings unmatched real-world experience, having led the design, integration, and operational support of one of the most effective coastal radar programs in the U.S. From interagency operations to maritime domain command centers, we understand the technical demands and operational tempo to protect the coastline.

*Bridging Communication Gaps*
We don't just deploy systems -we close the gap between intelligence and real-world decisions. Our solutions are built for interoperability, live monitoring, and seamless integrations with new & existing platforms. We support operators and command centers with everything from break-fix troubleshooting to mission critical, day to day operations ensuring continued success.
From the southernmost tip of Florida to key points along the Eastern Seaboard, Horizon Intelligence Group provides mission-critical radar and sensor coverage where it matters most. Our systems protect high-traffic smuggling corridors, interdiction zones, and strategic access points - ensuring law enforcement stays one step ahead.
Instead of relying solely on what’s mounted aboard a cutter, vessels can now access a full shoreline radar picture—extending their visibility by 30+ miles offshore. That means real-time tracking of suspicious targets in open water, even if they’re dark (no AIS). It transforms the ship into a moving command node linked to a surveillance net that’s fixed on land. Combined Land-based Radar + Shinbone Radar = Tactical Advantage Multiplied.
This isn’t theory — it’s fielded tech. U.S. Coast Guard cutters, state task forces, and local law enforcement agencies are already running operations with full access to land-based radar networks. It’s been tested during real interdictions, integrated into watch floors, and battle-hardened by the very operators who reoly on it the most. Built with them, not just for them.
We didn’t build this in a vacuum. From the very beginning, we went straight to the operators — the ones actually on the mission. We asked what worked, what didn’t, and what they really needed. And as the system evolved, we kept going back. Every update, every feature, every decision was shaped by real-world feedback. The result? A platform that’s intuitive, field-adaptable, and purpose-built for the people who rely on it every day.
The maritime threat picture isn’t limited to the surface — and neither are we. As drones become increasingly prevalent in smuggling, surveillance, and interference operations, we’re expanding our architecture to integrate aerial detection capabilities alongside our existing radar infrastructure.
By fusing airspace awareness into coastal surveillance, Horizon Intelligence Group is working toward a multi-domain solution:
We’re already prototyping the next phase — where radar, optical, and RF, data converge to detect, track, and flag aerial anomalies before they become threats. This isn’t a pivot. It’s a natural evolution
The future of coastal security lies in smarter systems - not just more sensors. Horizon Intelligence Group is actively integrating AI to detect pattern anomalies, flag non-compliant behavior, and prioritize threats across air and sea domains.
From vessel trajectory analysis to real-time drone classification, our goal is simple: deliver faster insights, reduce false positives, and give operators the intel they need — before they even ask for it.
Horizon Intelligence Group was founded by professionals who’ve spent their careers bridging the gap between technical capability and operational reality.
Our team is led by a former Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Services team member - the architect behind one of the most advanced coastal radar programs in the nation. With deep roots in both aviation, maritime operations and law enforcement, our leadership brings a proven track record of delivering solutions that are not just innovative — they're operationally proven.
Our Second-in-command is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran whose experience brings an unshakable, mission-first mindset to everything we do. Together, we’ve worked alongside the U.S. Coast Guard, state task forces, and local agencies to develop systems that truly serves those on the front lines — because that’s who we care about most.
Working with our service members has been one of the greatest honors of our careers — and it’s what drives us to do better every single day.
